Refunds & Returns Policy
Brigstock Beer Festival is a volunteer-run charitable event, with all profits donated to local charities and good causes.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased through our online shop, including festival cups, beer tokens, competition entries and event tickets, except where required by law.
By making a purchase, you are supporting the charitable aims of Brigstock Beer Festival, and we thank you for your generosity and understanding.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your official Brigstock Beer Festival glass or reusable plastic cup arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault before use, we will be happy to replace it.
To request a replacement, please contact us as soon as possible, providing details of the issue and, where possible, a photograph of the damage.
Replacement requests should be made before the festival wherever possible. We may also be able to replace damaged cups at the festival, subject to availability.
